Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Can include etching, lapping, polishing, cleaning, mounting, loading furnaces, reporting, and data entry.
• Ensure processing steps adhere to specifications and identify deviations.
• Maintain accurate logs of process parameters and enter data as instructed by the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure precise record keeping and timely reporting of process performance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols, including wearing appropriate safety equipment.
• Cross-train in other departments to expand skills and contribute to overall production efficiency.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with problem analysis and resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with networked PC systems (MS Office, spreadsheets, email, MRP, etc.).
• Technical inclination with good mechanical skills.
• Aptitude for making decisions affecting downstream process quality.
• Comfort working with chemicals (safety training provided).

• Willingness to cross-train and expand skills.
• Flexible to adapt to changing conditions.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and computer-aided manufacturing.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow EHS procedures and standards.
