The Machine Operator / Assembler/ Robotics Operator is responsible for operating machinery and robots, as well as assembling carbon brushes. They ensure safety and efficiency, perform tasks diligently, and keep operations smooth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery such as tamping, grinders, drill press, slot machine, robots, etc.
  • Set up manufacturing equipment for daily use
  • Maintain equipment and machinery for safe operation
  • Train and oversee other employees on specialty machines
  • Understand operating procedures for assigned machines
  • Propose process or machine improvements as needed
  • Report safety hazards
  • Use measuring instruments
  • Prepare parts for processing
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area
  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures
  • Comply with ISO policies and procedures
  • Assemble carbon brushes
  • Perform other assigned projects
