The Dudley, MA facility is home to Operations, Global Lens Engineering, and Research and Development teams that work together to develop, pilot and manufacture, semi-finished, polycarbonate lenses for premium markets. We also supply coatings, inks, inserts and other innovative products to customers throughout the world.

GENERAL FUNCTION



  • Perform a variety of duties related to lens manufacturing.

  • As a member of a high performance team, you will be responsible for a variety of jobs. As the team progresses, you, along with your team members will be a key decision maker in the operation of your part of the business.



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Assist in the production of ophthalmic lenses, which includes, degating, inspection, inking, and packaging.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Job experience will be considered in place of a high school diploma or GED.

  • The ability to pass an eye exam.

  • Manual dexterity.

  • A mix of standing and sitting is required.

  • Some lifting up to 20 lbs. required.

  • Anyone 18 years or older may apply.

  • Ability to work in a controlled room environment

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication skills

  • Positive can-do attitude



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • A high school diploma or GED.

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
