Work Schedule: 6 am - 2:30 pm

Full Job Description:
The Production Operator is responsible for performing coating operations, assembly of product and providing associated support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently perform production operations according to work instructions (Standard Operating Procedures - SOP).
2. Perform in-process monitoring and recording of product quality.
3. Report deviations in product from established standards.
4. Follow safe work and good housekeeping practices and report any unsafe conditions and incidents.
5. Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Use basic hand and power tools.
7. Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
8. Perform tasks in a chemical plant environment.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic computer skills, including data entry, are required.
3. 2 -3 years of experience working in an industrial setting.
4. Familiarity with 5S principles is essential.
5. Willingness to operate forklift (training will be provided).
