Pay Rate: $23.18

Shift: 2nd Shift Differential: $0.70

Location: 16600 Sprague Rd, Ste 360, Cleveland, OH 44130

About the Role

As a Environmental Operator at PPG's Cleveland, OH plant, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the delivery of quality products to our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment such as machining, processing, assembly, or packaging machinery.
  2. Prepare production equipment and supplies, ensuring safety and efficiency in execution.
  3. Maintain equipment in safe and good working condition, including performing regular maintenance and repairs.
  4. Inspect equipment for malfunctions or replacements and evaluate performance for improvements.
  5. Operate trucks and industrial vehicles to transfer equipment, following safety procedures.
  6. Assist junior operators as needed.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
