Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator to operate basic machinery in a manufacturing environment in Kentucky. You will load and unload materials, monitor operations, and report issues to the supervisor while following SOPs and safety policies.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team, basic math skills, and fluent English. High school diploma or equivalent is expected; prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to performoccasionalto frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shifton concrete(8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
