Job summary

3M in Cumberland, WI is seeking a Production Operator to help produce high-quality products. You will follow established procedures, ensure safety, and collaborate with a team to meet on-time delivery targets.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.38 with potential to reach $25.27/hour.
