Job summary

System One, Inc. in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking reliable Production Operators to join a leading manufacturing team. You will operate manufacturing and packaging lines, monitor processes, perform quality checks, load raw materials, and ensure products meet company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade school cert in electronics or related field is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to lift up to 74 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work the assigned shift schedule, including weekends.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and packaging lines to maximize production efficiency and product quality.
• Process chemical-based products such as sealants, adhesives, mortars, primers, and related materials.
• Load raw materials into blending tanks, mixers, and other production equipment.
• Monitor equipment, gauges, and control systems, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production.
• Collect product samples and perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Package finished products, palletize materials, shrink-wrap shipments, and stage products for distribution.
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $20.00-$20.50 (based on shift)
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Training approximately 90 days, then will transition to regular shift.

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM. Schedule alternates every other week between Thursday-Sunday and Friday-Sunday.
  Training Schedule: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM, alternating every other week between Monday-Thursday and Monday-Wednesday.
  Night Shift: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM. Schedule alternates every other week between Thursday-Sunday and Friday-Sunday.

• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues within the production environment.
• Flexibility to work the assigned shift schedule, including weekends.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or forklift experience is preferred.
