Job summary

System One is hiring a Machine Operator in Canton, MA for a contract role. The position requires an overnight shift: Mon-Thu 6 PM–6 AM, with training on first shift (6 AM–6 PM) as needed.

Onsite work with a starting pay of $21 per hour, benefits package, and opportunities to support production line efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 50 lbs, stand 8-12 hours, and have experience in plastics, vinyl, lamination, or printing production.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastics, vinyl, lamination, or printing production preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies including environmental requirements.

• Set up, operate, break down and clean workstation to optimize line speeds and yields.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies including environmental requirements
• Handle safe operation of forklifts and transport materials to workstations
• Handle set-up, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all components of workstation to optimize line speeds and yields
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout the shift and be able to stand for 8-12 hours
• Prior experience with plastics, vinyl, lamination, or printing production preferred
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English
