Job summary

Joulé is seeking a Production Operator in Orangeburg, NY to support manufacturing on a contract-to-hire basis. This onsite role offers a Mon-Fri schedule with 1st shift 7:00–3:30 and 2nd shift 14:00–22:30.

Responsibilities include GMP-compliant production, repairs and maintenance, and accurate documentation of processes and reports. Candidates should have a HS diploma, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience on a production line.
• Experience in a GMP/SOP environment.
• Repair and maintenance capabilities.
• Basic machinery troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment.
• Ensure continuous operation of production platforms.
• Maintain accurate production reports, test safety and environmental equipment, and document all activities accordingly.
• Possess basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Apply planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management.
• Maintain production standards and targets, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Create forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batch production with accuracy and detail.
• Complete all assigned duties in a safe manner consistent with company safety policies.
• Ensure quality standards are met and production pace is maintained.
• Work environment provided with gloves and goggles.
