Kelly Services in partnership with Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Production Operator for our premier manufacturing client in Cornelia, GA. The role offers rotating shifts from 6:45am–7:15pm or 6:45pm–7:15am with overtime opportunities.

This position involves operating production equipment, assisting with setup and inspections, and maintaining quality records. Strong reliability and safety focus are required.

What’s a typical day as Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products according to established specifications and safety guidelines.
• Assisting with equipment setup, quality inspections, and cleaning/maintenance of machinery.
• Reporting production problems, troubleshooting minor issues, and notifying supervisors of maintenance needs.
• Preparing accurate records and documentation related to work in progress.
• Supporting cross-training and continuous learning within the department.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all sustainability and 6S program requirements.
• Handling materials for processing, such as rackwinding, annealing, and preparing device history records.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with team members, leads, and supervisors.
