Kelly Services in partnership with Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Production Operator for our premier manufacturing client in Cornelia, GA. The role offers rotating shifts from 6:45am–7:15pm or 6:45pm–7:15am with overtime opportunities.

This position involves operating production equipment, assisting with setup and inspections, and maintaining quality records. Strong reliability and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to learn, cross-train, and support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished goods per specs.
• Assist with equipment setup, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Report issues, troubleshoot minor problems, and notify supervisors as needed.
• Prepare accurate records and documentation for work in progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow 6S standards.
