American Trim in Erie, PA is seeking a detail-oriented production associate to read process sheets, inspect on the coating line, and package products according to specifications.
You will report defects, perform routine housekeeping, and assist with packaging needs while maintaining safety and quality standards. Must be able to work at a fast pace, stand for long periods, and have reliable transportation.
Produce a quality American Trim product by following the procedures outlined below and other duties as assigned:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
You will need to have good hand eye coordination and good attention to detail. The ability to work at a fast pace while looking for defects.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
