Job summary

Staffmark Group in Crystal Lake, IL is hiring a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) to operate CNC machinery, monitor production cycles, and help produce high-quality aluminum components in a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties include loading equipment, deburring parts, performing basic machine tasks, and maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor. Training available with overtime and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience.
• Steel-toe shoes.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
