Now Hiring: Bundler Operator Assistant

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Machines don't run without people like you. Take on this Machine Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Willingness and ability to learn and advance into Machine Operator roles
• Ability to pass company testing preferred for future advancement opportunities
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

• Support production and manufacturing operations as assigned
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Assist machine operators and production team members
• Perform material handling, production support, and general manufacturing tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Monitor product quality and report issues as needed
• Support team goals and production schedules
• Cross-train for potential advancement into Machine Operator positions
