Production Operator - Clinton IA
Pay Rate: $22.85 + $2.55 shift differential
Shift(s) Required: 12-hour rotating shifts on Days and Nights.
Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, and occasionally different shifts with advance notice.

Position Summary:

Our Clinton, IA ADM corn milling plant is hiring production operators. This entry-level role involves learning about the facility, performing tasks, and seeking process improvements. Operators will perform various duties as assigned.

On-the-Job Training:

• Complete safety, food safety, quality, and environmental training
• Participate in operations training
• Training may include equipment like JLG, forklift, non-DOT truck, reach lift
• Tools/Equipment: Computer, SharePoint, ADM Weigh, hand tools, hoses, tanks, pumps, valves

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Effective English communication skills
• Manufacturing or military experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong safety focus
• Basic skills in math, reading, writing, communication
• Motivated to learn

Physical and Working Conditions:

• Ability to move around site, climb stairs, stand, sit, stoop, kneel
• Operate equipment at various heights and confined spaces
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Traverse significant distances during shift
• Work in extreme heat/cold, indoors and outdoors
• Potential contact with allergens, dust, chemicals, odors
• Work around vibrating/noisy equipment requiring hearing protection
• Wear PPE: hard hats, glasses, earplugs, uniforms, steel-toed boots

ADM requires successful background check. Base pay varies by factors such as location, experience, and skills. Overtime paid for qualifying hours. Employees are at-will, and pay may be modified at any time.

The expected pay is: $22.85 per hour.
