Job summary

General Mills in Cincinnati seeks a General Production Operator to join a 24/7 manufacturing site. Starting pay ranges per hour with tiered increases through the first three years, plus overtime and shift differentials.

You will support packaging and processing, participate in startup, changeovers, and safety checks; with PTO, holidays, 401(k) and health benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to understand and communicate with coworkers and supervisors in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging and processing operations on the production line.
• Participate in equipment startup, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Calibrate systems to meet specifications and perform quality checks.
• Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment.
• Assist in training new employees and support continuous improvement initiatives.
