Job Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

To produce quality parts on time, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and Kamtek policies. Responsible for safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Essential Functions

• Perform tip changes and TPM activities at each work station.
• Ensure assembly meets customer demands by performing tasks at the required cycle time.
• Work as a team player, willing to work in any trained or training area.
• Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory using our CMS system.

Knowledge/Work Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months experience in manufacturing preferred.
