Job Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure the production of quality parts on time, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and Kamtek policies. Support safety, quality, and productivity while adhering to plant standards and upholding the Magna Employee’s Charter.

Essential Functions:

• Perform tip changes and TPM activities as required for each workstation.
• Meet cycle time requirements at each workstation to ensure assembly meets customer demands.
• Be a team player willing to work on any job or area you are trained or being trained in.
• Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory using the CMS system.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6-12 months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
