Immediately Hiring! We are seeking candidates for the Production Operator position in Strongsville, OH.

Starting pay: $22.03 per hour, with additional shift differentials of $.65 for 2nd shift and $0.78 for 3rd shift.

Sign-on bonus: $1000.

Shifts available:

• Evening (2nd) shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
• Night (3rd) shift: Sun-Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am

Primary Responsibilities

• Blending (premixing) batches, operating extruders, filling containers, sampling, cleaning, measuring, and producing raw materials for industrial coatings.
• Assembling and disassembling production equipment following safety procedures.
• Preassembling materials according to instructions.
• Preparing materials and products for packaging and shipment.
• Working in a safety-conscious production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly.
• Experience in manufacturing or light industrial production preferred; powder coating experience is a plus.
• Forklift/tow motor experience or ability to obtain a license.
• Willingness to learn operating large manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to wear PPE as required.
• Flexibility to work overtime and any job assigned.
