Position Details
  • Title: Production Operator
  • Location: Webb City, MO (near Joplin, MO)
  • Salary: $19.67/hour (eligible for increase after 90 days and performance review)
  • Schedule: Straight afternoon (S/2)
  • Shift Differential: $1.25/hour for afternoon and midnight shifts

Essential Job Functions
  1. Operate, troubleshoot, and adjust machinery.
  2. Load cardboard boxes into production equipment.
  3. Transport palletized materials using a forklift.
  4. Perform quality checks.
  5. Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
Position Requirements
  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Stable work history; prior production line experience preferred.
  3. Forklift operation experience preferred.
  4. Mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are a plus.
  5. Ability to multi-task, work independently and in teams, and pay attention to detail.
  6. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed.
