We are looking for Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be proactive team players with experience working effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.

Attention to detail is crucial to maintain the strict customer standards required. This role operates on a continental shift pattern, working both days and nights.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• A thorough understanding of health and safety practices is fundamental.
• Supporting machine operators in daily machine operation and setup of jobs.
• Assisting in maintenance activities and reporting issues immediately.
• Engaging with quality control processes in collaboration with our Quality team.
• Ensuring all flat sheet boards fed into machines meet customer expectations.
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Following palletisation instructions and ensuring only high-quality products are dispatched.

Skills Required
