Job summary

Curia in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee timely manufacturing of parenteral products in an aseptic environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and documentation practices.

The role involves supervising sterile filling equipment setup, managing filling and capping processes, sanitation, training, CAPA projects, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Enrollment in accredited Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry.
• Minimum of one year leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry.
• Must pass background check, must pass drug screen, Occupational Health screening may be required, willingness to work nights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate personnel and room activities for assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, policies and procedures.
• Maintain and report unit metrics and supervise sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Lead investigations and CAPA projects as needed.
• Read/interpret SOPs to ensure compliance.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Enrollment in Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or related field

Associate’s degree + 3 years of pharma manufacturing experience including 1 year in leadership

Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of leadership in pharma manufacturing
