PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a 12-hour production shift in aseptic and non-aseptic processing. The role emphasizes ensuring cGMP adherence, safety, and staff performance within a highly regulated environment.

The candidate will guide equipment prep, formulation, filtration, filling in isolators, and lyophilization activities while coordinating with planning and quality teams to meet production goals and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• 5-7 years in GMP environments.
• 3-5 years leading direct reports or teams.
• Experience with GMPs, FDA and regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a 12-hour production shift for aseptic and terminally non-aseptic manufacturing.
• Coordinate equipment preparation, formulation, filtration, filling in isolators and lyophilization activities.
• Manage staff performance and safety in accordance with PCI's HSE program.
• Ensure training, investigations, deviations, CAPAs and real-time batch review meet cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and support inspections by external regulators.
