Job summary

Curia in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Supervisor, Equipment Mechanic to oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery. You will guide a team, read blueprints, and ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or relevant industry.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Requisitions and maintains spare parts and materials; interprets policies and enforces safety regulations.
• Interprets specs/blueprints and assigns duties; improves production methods and equipment performance.
• Mentors and develops Equipment Mechanics; collaborates with cross-functional teams and Process Engineers.
