Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and support hourly production associates/technicians during the production process.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and staffing coverage.
• Monitor adherence to daily production schedules, volume targets, and KPIs (safety, quality, delivery).
• Oversee front-line manufacturing employees and typical hourly populations.
• Develop knowledge of technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams and lead a junior team when required.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE.
