Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with at least six years of manufacturing experience.
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic manufacturing processes, quality control, cost management.
Experience with SAP shop floor control, production planning, and inventory control.
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Manages the production activities of the shop floor.
Supervises all production operations such as machining, processing, and assembly.
Reviews processing schedules and production orders to make decisions on inventory, staffing, and procedures within budget and time constraints.
Reviews operations reports and confers with staff to resolve production or processing problems.
Supervisory responsibilities: oversees production staff supervisors and/or group leaders.
