EIS Legacy LLC in Georgia is seeking a mid- to senior-level manufacturing supervisor to strategize, oversee, and orchestrate shop floor activities, ensuring products meet cost, quality, and quantity standards.
The role requires leading production staff across machining, processing, and assembly, reviewing schedules and orders, managing budget constraints, and coordinating with technical and administrative teams to resolve issues.
Salary: $90,000 - 120,000

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and at least six years of progressive manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. They need a strong understanding of electrical/electronic manufacturing processes, quality control, cost management, and effective use of the SAP system, particularly in shop floor control, production planning, and inventory control. Familiarity with operations management concepts and safety requirements is also essential.
Possessing exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, candidates for this position demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Their strength lies in fostering meaningful connections and effectively conveying information through articulate verbal expression and well-crafted written communication.
