Responsibilities include planning runs, setting performance expectations, driving safety programs, and maintaining data accuracy. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1–3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan/coordinate daily and weekly production runs to meet safety and efficiency goals.
• Set clear expectations for team members and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate safety initiatives and food/employee safety plans.
• Monitor resources in the production process.
• Complete incident reports promptly.
• Keep team updated through communication and training.
• Provide critical updates to management as required.
• Maintain Lean Score and Excel spreadsheets up to date.
• Address staffing and HR-related issues as needed.
