Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in a production environment.
• Three (3) years of experience with MRP systems.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, six-sigma or other continuous improvement tools
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Able to work overtime, and flexible schedules
• MS Office literate

Responsibilities

• Lead production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost.
• Supervise production lines in accordance with FDA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP/SQF program guidelines.
• Utilize Infor M3 to ensure production data is captured and reported daily.
• Manage shift transitions and labor reconciliation using M3 and scheduling tools.
• Audit daily production standards against system outputs for alignment and reporting accuracy.
• Apply lean, six-sigma, quality methodologies and other continuous improvement tools to track KPIs.
• Promote safety and 5S practices across the floor.
• Lead and develop the production team.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and food safety standards.
