Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum five years related experience in an FDA Medical/Pharmaceutical regulated industry and/or training.
• Experience supervising 5–15 subordinates and coordinating multiple production teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of production department(s) to meet quality, quantity, and ship date requirements.
• Establish production schedules and ensure documentation is approved and available to production and QA personnel.
• Manage staffing, inventories, and resources to optimize productivity, quality, and costs.
