You will coordinate staff, monitor safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4-8 years experience in manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with CAPA and root-cause analysis recommended.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises daily activities of operations staff.
• Leads process improvement projects to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Performs time studies and capacity analyses for staffing needs.
• Manages vacations, payroll, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Provides coaching and training in problem solving and data management.
• Ensures safety, quality, and adherence to company policies.
