The ideal candidate will apply Lean Six Sigma across injection molding and sterilization processes to boost efficiency, quality, and productivity.

The role requires a strong technical background, project leadership, and the ability to mentor a cross-functional team. Travel is expected to be under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5-8+ years of manufacturing experience with process improvement.
• Familiarity with injection molding and sterilization.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for CI projects.
• Implement process improvements for injection molding and sterilization; optimize equipment where possible.
• Collect, analyze, and report process data to measure impact of improvements.
• Provide technical engineering support from concept through implementation with detailed specs.
• Mentor and lead team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
