Job summary

Paycom seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a Texas facility, ensuring safe, efficient production of plastic molded products. You will supervise operators, coordinate with maintenance, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality and delivery targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and adherence to EH&S guidelines in a challenging indoor environment with exposure to machinery and noise.

Qualifications

• AAS degree or related technical experience; mechanical/manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Ability to operate or troubleshoot plant machinery and equipment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet targets and quality standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address equipment issues and downtime.
• Plan production runs with scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enforce EH&S policies and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Maintain production records and report performance metrics.
