• Reads and interprets customer and internal blueprints.
• Communicates clearly with managers and colleagues.

• Leads teams and develops personnel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analyzes requirements and solves problems with data-driven approaches.
• Prefers an engineering discipline background with relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate required training programs for employees.
• Maintain weekly hours and overtime records; ensure proper documentation for payment.
• Manage work cell equipment and resources to meet throughput and productivity targets.
• Use Daily Flex Report and Staffing Report to plan personnel per production plans.
• Prioritize and complete past due work orders per Priority Dispatch Report.
• Communicate daily results and challenges at the Line Walk.
• Schedule personnel to complete production plans.
• Coordinate with Area/Operations Manager to resolve data issues and operational challenges.
• Identify and coordinate plans to resolve internal quality issues.
• Maintain quality by enforcing standards and participating in MRB meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
