Responsibilities

• Supports daily production and operational activities through administrative coordination.
• Creates purchase orders, verifies information, and routes them through approvals.
• Enters and maintains production data, inventory transactions, and operational records in company systems.
• Supports production reporting by collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data and performance metrics.
• Maintains accurate files, logs, records, and documentation according to company standards.
• Supports inventory activities, including reconciliations, transaction processing, and inventory adjustments.
• Verifies production and inventory information for accuracy and follows up on discrepancies.
• Coordinates information among production, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and management teams.
• Supports vendor communications related to purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and required documentation.
• Monitors operational reports, identifies discrepancies, and follows up on items requiring resolution.
