Standlee Premium Products LLC is seeking a Business Support Specialist to keep production and business operations organized, accurate, and moving forward. You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and leadership to ensure information flows smoothly and discrepancies are resolved.

This role fits someone who enjoys data work, problem solving, and a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with responsibilities spanning PO creation, data entry, reports, and vendor

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, production support, manufacturing administration, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to investigate discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Comfort working in a fast paced production environment.

Aufgaben

• Create purchase orders and support purchasing activities.
• Enter and maintain production, inventory, and operational data.
• Prepare reports and track production and operational information.
• Review data for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
• Process inventory transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Coordinate information across Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and management.
• Support vendor communication related to purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and documentation.
• Use Excel and company systems to organize and analyze information.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, files, and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Support communication in English and Spanish as needed.
• Manage front desk responsibilities and support scale operations.
• Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and business partners.
• Monitor office and operational supplies.
