Job summary

Essity is seeking a Production Team Coordinator at our Bordentown, NJ facility. The role focuses on coordinating daily floor activities, supporting operators, and ensuring smooth workflows across the shift.

You’ll act as the liaison between teams to keep production on track and aligned with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in team coordination or a similar admin role, with experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a team coordination or administrative role.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities on the manufacturing floor to maintain smooth workflows.
• Support operators and ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Facilitate shift handovers and cross-team communication.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost control.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
