Job summary

Essity is seeking a Production Team Lead for the Bordentown, NJ facility on a weekend shift. The role starts with a first-shift training Thursday through Friday before transitioning to a Friday–Sunday 5:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. You will coordinate production orders, support operators, and ensure safe, efficient workflows across the shift.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in team coordination within manufacturing, strong communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical School Degree.
• Experience coordinating teams or administrative duties in a production setting.
• Basic literacy and math skills; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and ensure workflow on shift.
• Provide operational support and logistics to keep the team equipped.
• Facilitate clear communication and task alignment among team members.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency standards on the floor.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and loss elimination.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and knowledge transfer for new team members.
