Job summary

Essity North America Inc. is seeking a Production Team Coordinator to help keep our Bordentown, NJ manufacturing floor running smoothly.

The role starts on first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and moves to a weekend shift (Friday–Sunday) with long hours, supporting operators and coordinating daily activities. Responsibilities include ensuring safe, efficient production, coordinating resources, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a team coordination or administrative role.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic literacy and math skills are required.
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, documentation, etc.)
• Strong communication skills across teams are essential.
• Supervisory experience is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities on the production floor and support operators.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Provide operational support and logistical assistance as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication between team members and shift handovers.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction.
