ESPN Production is seeking a Production Coordinator to support workforce planning and business operations within ESPN’s Content division. You will schedule resources, manage vendor contracts, and ensure policy adherence while seeking efficiencies across workflows.
You will interact with Production, Operations, HR, Legal, and other teams, and may work non-traditional hours during peak production times. A focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and process improvement is required.
Management Operations partners with nearly every division of ESPN and many across The Walt Disney Company to ensure ESPN’s Content business is operating at the highest level of efficiency and productivity. Content leaders focus their efforts on the fan while this team focuses on the personnel and business management aspects of how content comes to life. Together, this team consistently maximizes resources for the greatest impact on our content and bottom line.
A Production Coordinator supports the day-to-day workforce planning and business operations of ESPN’s Content division. Scheduling resources, vendor & contract management, and legal & policy adherence will all be job functions this role carries out. This role will also find and create efficiencies in processes and workflows along with interacting with all types of content and leaders across our organization.

The hiring range for this position in Bristol, CT is $59,600.00 to $79,800.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
