You will report any defects, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and keep precise records while collaborating with teammates to achieve daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses to craft finished products that meet customer and quality standards.
• Detect and report defects to ensure only top-quality parts move forward.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace for smooth operations.
• Keep accurate records of finished parts and move them to correct locations.
• Collaborate with teammates and follow leadership guidance to hit production goals.
• Work efficiently to meet parts-per-hour targets while following customer specifications.
