Job summary

Redline Plastics is seeking a 2nd shift Process Tech in Lee Summit, MO. The role focuses on ensuring production rates and quality meet customer expectations through hands-on leadership of rotational molding processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate will support in-process inspections, ERP-based daily metric updates, and training of shop floor staff. A strong manufacturing background with problem solving and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to train others in rotational molding processes and related operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand rotational molding process and troubleshoot issues across production operations.
• Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Perform in-process inspections and update daily production metrics.
• Interact with ERP system for daily data and KPI tracking.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost KPIs.
• Train others in rotational molding and secondary operations; provide feedback.
