Job summary

Redline Plastics in Lee Summit, MO, 1st shift is seeking an Advanced Secondary role within our fast-moving production team. Operatives will handle routers, saws, drills, and presses to craft finished parts meeting quality standards.

You’ll report defects, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with teammates to hit hourly goals. We offer a modern facility, strong leadership, and a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, health coverage, dental, vision, and retirement options.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep accurate records of finished parts and ensure they’re moved to the correct locations.
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to meet production goals and expectations.
• Work efficiently to hit parts-per-hour goals while following customer specifications.
