The Process Tech is a lead role responsible for ensuring that production rates and quality standards meet or exceeds customer expectations and/or requirements. These results are attained by continually seeking to improve the process to meet company KPI’s and ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

COMPETENCIES:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:High School Diploma or GED Preferred
Experience and/or Training: 3 - 5 years of hands‑on manufacturing experience
Licenses/Certificates:No requirements
Technology/Equipment:Demonstrated knowledge in the use of current technology, Microsoft office products, and other manufacturing software

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The main working environment for this position is a standard manufacturing plant environment.
The plant environment is climate controlled in some areas, however, will include exposure to heat and hot surfaces, cold, noise and odors. Personal protective equipment is required in appropriate areas. There may also be intermittent exposure to fumes, moving mechanical parts, and tool vibration.
