Redline Plastics in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Machine Operator to run rotational molding machines and inspect parts for quality. You will follow safety guidelines, maintain equipment, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to read work instructions on computer platforms. Prior rotational molding experience is preferred, with potential for growth in a dynamic team.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior rotational molding experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer platforms to access work instructions.

Mansioni

• Operate rotational molding machine to meet plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale/Inventory.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and follow safety regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance per PM charts.
• Perform tasks: material filling, deburring, molding, bench operations, and inspection.
• Work at a pace that meets production expectations and follow setup instructions.
