Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Materials Coordinator I to oversee the movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials through production, ensuring timely delivery to pods and accurate records. The role collaborates with production to monitor usage, waste metrics, and inventory levels to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory control, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems, plus a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

2+ years in inventory control or manufacturing with inventory tracking responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS or other inventory management systems.
High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely replenishment of materials to production pods and maintain stock levels.
Manage inventory entries across ERP/WMS platforms for accuracy.
Validate inbound material transfers, verify quantities and specifications.
Perform routine cycle counts and document movements accurately.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in material tracking with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with state regulations for material storage and movement.
Track production waste and analyze data to minimize future waste.
Provide data-driven reports and KPI updates to management.
