Job summary

NuAire, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator in Plymouth, MN to ensure materials, components, and order information are complete and available at the point of use. You will stage customer orders, manage shortages, and partner with manufacturing, materials, and planning to protect the production schedule.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, urgency, ownership, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience requirements are as stated in the job posting.
• Knowledge of ERP, scheduling, and production applications is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret bills of materials, production orders, drawings, and basic blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Confirm parts, materials, and documentation are available on time.
• Verify order identification and complete part-counts.
• Collaborate with fabrication, Kanban, purchasing, planning, engineering, and quality to recover shortages.
• Research order errors and elevate risks early.
• Use NuAire ERP systems and apply 5S and visual controls.
• Assist in assembly or other duties as needed and participate in daily meetings.
• Identify and implement practical improvements to material flow.
