Job summary

ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production processes and ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, schedules, and a production team with excellent communication and a keen eye for color and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask across multiple projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track progress and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Write up job workflows and put into production.
• Create production schedules.
• Oversee production team and assign work.
• Manage packing for shipping and oversee shipping logistics.
• Sourcing and qualifying new print materials.
• R&D for new projects with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Problem-solve issues that arise in production.
• Utilize MS Excel for tracking and analysis.
