Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Production Manager for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead production operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are met, with expertise in production reporting, Sage, Punch Press, MIG welding, and rubber.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing management, with strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
  • Proficient in production reporting, Sage, Punch Press, MIG welding, and rubber.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing management software.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Production Manager for our manufacturing facility.
